Molly Branson
After graduating from High Point University, former competitive swimmer, Molly Branson, dove head first into the real estate world and is still making waves, years later. Recently, Molly claimed a coveted spot on REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list, an honor which recognizes the 30 most promising agents in the country.
Today, Molly leads the District Residential Team and serves as the youngest VP in RLAH. Her team is amongst the highest grossing teams in the brokerage.
Molly attributes her success to her genuine passion for real estate and extensive knowledge of the region. As a life-long resident of the DMV, Molly uses her deep ties to this city to help clients learn of local market trends and discover hidden neighborhood gems. Molly notes of her approach, “I want to empower my clients to make confident choices and informed decisions. And I love finding them options they didn’t even know they had.”
Today, Molly splits her focus between residential real estate and investor driven transactions. She leads her team by emphasizing a people-centric approach, aiming to build relationships by providing the highest quality service for every client. Her team specializes in several real estate services including residential buying and selling, rentals, home flipping, and development.
Jocelyn Vas
Jocelyn is a native Washingtonian currently residing in Petworth with her husband and two little boys. She started as a property management specialist and has been a Realtor® since 2012 in DC, MD, VA, and WV, working with buyers, sellers, landlords, renters, and investors. With the use of her expertise, she ensures her clients' happiness throughout the whole process.
Hailing from a family of real estate attorneys, Jocelyn was immersed in the industry at an early age, giving her an advantage in regard to market knowledge, creativity, and negotiation tactics. Throughout her career in real estate, she has built a vast network of committed resources to ensure easy smooth transactions.
With a degree in Psychology from James Madison University and a Master's degree as a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, Jocelyn has a unique skill set for navigating clients through the emotional and sometimes challenging process of buying and selling homes. Her proven approach to real estate has built a business based on referrals and repeat clients.
As an investor herself Jocelyn thoroughly researches and monitors changing trends in the local real estate climate. She takes ample time to review contracts and answer questions at all hours. Jocelyn brings passion, dedication, and commitment to all of her clients.
Chris Osborn
After graduating from the University of Michigan, Chris moved to D.C. to work in real estate finance. He then obtained a Master’s of Real Estate from Georgetown University. A real estate investor with 10+ rental units, Chris saw his passion and excitement bloom as he worked on transactions, which led him to obtain his Realtor license in D.C. With that experience and a fierce determination to meet the needs of his clients, Chris has earned the trust of many, exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships. Chris works with first-time homebuyers and investors, educating them on the home searching process, and leveraging his network of real estate business relationships to their advantage.
Melinda Schnare
As the Transaction Manager for the District Residential Group, Melinda works closely with you to ensure each deadline is met and that you are informed well along the way to Settlement. Working with loan officers, title companies, the listing or buyer's agent, and securing the resources you need, Melinda's promises ring true to make home buying or selling seamless. Melinda is licensed in Maryland, and Northern and Central Virginia.
