Corbin Jennings
BIO
Corbin grew up in Asheville, NC. From the start of middle school through the end of college, he spent his summers going to work for his dad at his building supply company. His love of real estate and working with developers was born. Up at 5 am to drive an hour to work and finishing 12 hours later, he wasn’t deterred. His father instilled the value that not much matters more in life than hard work. While working for his father, the delivery people would take him on deliveries for the biggest and heaviest windows/tiles/custom doors. Because of that, Corbin was able to go inside extravagant homes and further his love for all things real estate.
Corbin went to college at North Carolina State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in business. After graduating, he went into banking and worked in underwriting and lending, giving him a foundation for working with the mortgage lending/approval process today. From there he worked for Lowe’s at their corporate office. While there, he was involved in sales forecasting and merchandising. Sound like a good platform for learning skills that lead to working in development and real estate? It was.
After his time in corporate America, Corbin decided to satisfy his entrepreneurial spirit. As a fitness junkie, he explored opening a gym. After opening two locations in the Washington area, he has more than achieved that goal. A businessman and entrepreneur at heart, it was a natural fit to bring all of his skills together into one place: real estate.
Corbin finds it hard to sit still, that boredom is not an option, and “drive” is the core of his foundation. Whether you want to jump on boxes or pack your things in them and move, Corbin clearly knows how to do it all, and do it well.
